What is your refund policy?
We don’t offer refunds but if you cancel more than 48 hours before the class, it can be resheduled.
Does the subscription start from the moment I pay for it?
By default, yes but your time period will start from your 1st class. You will not miss out on any classes.
Can I share a subscription with a friend?
Yes, as the subscription have a set number of classes, they can be spilit.
What payment methods do you take?
We take all payments through Paypal which can take Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
I'm completely new to photography, are these classes for me?
It is assumed you know how to use your camra and the relationship between shutter and aperture.
Is there any remote learning?
No but you can ask us anything by email
Do I need my own camera? Can I use my phone?
Yes you definitely need your own DSLR, the hardware and software in these classes is not smartphone compatible.
Can I pay on arrival?
You can pay a non-refundable deposit and a balance on arrival. Contact us rearding this.
Is there a free trial?
Our classes Introduction to Studio lighting, Introduction to Videography and Introduction to Food photography are free but you need to RSVP via the forms on those pages.
If I hire the studio, will there someone to help me?
No. The hiring of the studio requires the hirer to be fully comptent within a studio.
